“Although you may limp, don’t forget that you can still fly!” While sitting outside at a coffee shop, I noticed a black bird hopping on one leg. Looking closer, I noticed that the right leg appeared to have been gnawed off. When the bird finished eating bread crumbs, it flew off to its next meal.
I had a powerful moment of reflection as I realized that this bird was only vulnerable while it was grounded! It’s limitations meant nothing in the air!
Birds don’t fly with their feet!
